En una cocina, una mujer con delantal rosa mezcla carne picada en un bol mientras otra mujer, vestida de negro, la observa. Instrucción: «PASO 2. Pon el cerdo, el ajo, el jengibre, la salsa de soja, el sake, el aceite de sésamo, el azúcar y la pimienta en un bol.» Instrucción: «Amasa con la mano durante 1 o 2 minutos, hasta que la mezcla se aclare y quede pegajosa.
