Inkroost Credits are prepaid platform credits for creator tools — AI page and cover generation and other Inkroost services. They are not money, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and are not used to buy chapters or pay creators. Buy them in packs whenever you need them, or get them every month with a plan.
No — reading on Inkroost is always free and you never need credits to read. Credits are only for creator tools like AI generation. Some chapters are supporter-only and unlocked by subscribing to that creator on their own external platform, such as Patreon.

Creators offer supporter-only chapters through their own external platforms, such as Patreon. Subscribe to a creator there to unlock their supporter-only chapters on Inkroost — the payment relationship stays between you and the creator. Inkroost does not sell chapters or pay creators.
