Instruction captions, in reading order: 3단계. 만두피 한 장을 손바닥에 올리고, 가운데에 소를 수북하게 1작은술 올린다. 손끝에 물을 묻혀 가장자리의 절반을 적신다. 반으로 접어 가운데를 눌러 붙인다. 양쪽에 작은 주름을 세 개씩 잡아 납작한 뒷면에 눌러 붙인다. 납작한 면이 아래로 가게 세워 놓는다. 마르지 않도록 젖은 행주로 덮어 둔다.
