Page 5. Two stacked panels, read top to bottom. Top panel: Ganta tilts his juice box a few degrees toward the open cardboard box on the floor, where Biscuit lies curled asleep with her gold bell resting against the cardboard. He says it once, flatly, the way he always does. GANTA: 'Biscuit's box.' Bottom panel: Momo waves one stubby hand dismissively without even looking at him, already turning back toward the desk and her own far better theory. MOMO: 'Not now. I'm working.'

Two stacked panels: a chibi boy in a cat-ear hoodie tilts his juice box toward an open cardboard box where a small white cat lies asleep, and below it a chibi girl in a yellow coat waves him off without looking, already turning back to the desk.
About this chapter
Momo's magnifying glass has vanished, which means the Tiny Case Agency's greatest detective must work without her greatest tool — so she investigates the windowsill, a suspicious condensation ring and eventually the room itself through a circle made of her own fist. Ganta tells her exactly where it is on page five. She runs straight past him, dismantles the clubroom, and only finds the truth when a very round white cat shifts in her sleep.
