A purple vortex swirls above a fountain between rows of buildings, with dark fragments flying through the air. People in the street run and recoil from it. In the foreground, a blue-skinned woman in a white dress stands beside a pale, white-haired man in a black uniform holding a sword; small star-like shapes surround his head. There is no dialogue or visible text.
