Immediately after the awkward encounter in Lyria's flat, Marc learns that organic humans are virtually absent from the robot-controlled sector. Lyria reveals she has been tracking unexplained quantum disturbances and recognizes Marc's arrival signature. Surveillance data shows the Superposition Motorcycle survived and was seized by the authorities. Marc realizes it may be his only route home, while Lyria warns that dismantling its stabilizer could trigger another reality jump. They prepare to recover it—just as a Sentinel finds them.

In Lyria's apartment, Marc freezes beside the shattered drinking glass as Lyria confronts him, wrapped securely in a towel. Lyria: Why is an unidentified organic drinking from my kitchen? Marc: I can explain. Marc: There was a superposition event involving a motorcycle, a stabilizer ring, and several very irresponsible assumptions. Lyria: ...A motorcycle.

Marc suddenly realizes Lyria is organic too. Lyria becomes serious and glances toward the windows as if checking for surveillance. Marc: Wait. You're organic too. Lyria: Keep your voice down. Lyria: Registered biological humans don't live openly in this sector. Marc: What do you mean, 'don't live openly'?

Lyria is already fully dressed as she explains the rules of the sector while Marc listens. Through the apartment window, robot sentries scan pedestrians below. Lyria: Everything here is indexed. Lyria: Identity. Movement. Memory. Lyria: No chip means no legal existence. Marc: That's an atrocious data model. Lyria: That's your concern?
