Milio: What are you doing here? Leo: Was on my way to get Iris. But then I found you, so.. quick pit stop Milio: Oh! Did you guys make plans? Leo: Dude. We made plans, remember? Hiking day. Leo: Me and Iris were gonna brainstorm some routes while we waited for you to wake up. Milio: But the hiking gods have blessed me with an early-bird Milio. We can get moving way earlier now! Milio: Crap. I forgot. I'm still not completely awake yet.

About this chapter
Fourteen-year-old Milio has spent years haunted by strange, recurring dreams he can never fully understand. After a series of unsettling events begins to blur the line between those dreams and reality, Milio finds himself caught in something far larger and stranger than he ever imagined.
