Rina, tongue poking out in concentration, piles a huge spoonful of filling onto a wrapper while Akane looks on. Caption: "Too much filling and they burst." On the tray, one fat, lumpy gyoza sits beside a row of neat pleated ones. Rina holds up her lumpy gyoza with a proud grin. Rina: "Mine has character." A close-up of Akane's calm, deadpan expression. Caption: "Messy pleats taste the same. Just make sure the edges are sealed."
Descripción de la imagen
Rina stuffs a wrapper with far too much filling, producing one fat lumpy gyoza beside Akane's neat row, holds it up proudly with a grin, and Akane answers with a calm, deadpan look.
Acerca de este capítulo
Akane makes pan-fried gyoza with a crispy lace wing from scratch, but this time she is not alone: her rascal younger sister Rina drops in, steals tastes, folds a lumpy "gyoza with character" and lifts the lid at the worst moment. Captions walk the reader through every amount, fold and heat setting, ending with both sisters at the little table, the second chair finally taken.
