Eine Frau gießt Öl in eine Pfanne. „SCHRITT 4. 1 EL Öl in einer beschichteten Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen.“ Zwölf Gyoza liegen dicht im Kreis in der Pfanne. „12 Gyoza dicht im Kreis mit der flachen Seite nach unten anordnen, sodass sie sich berühren.“ Ein Pfannenwender hebt ein Gyoza mit goldbrauner Unterseite an. „2 bis 3 Minuten braten, bis die Unterseiten goldbraun sind.“
