We’re Lao Hao and Jiaqi, the creators behind 科学读经典. We’re adapting Journey to the West as an English-language comic, with art inspired by Chinese ink painting. We start on Flower-Fruit Mountain. A stone splits open, and out comes the monkey who will one day be known as the Monkey King.
