How to generate comic pages with AI
Describe a scene, review the variants that come back, and approve the ones that become pages — one story beat at a time.
What it is. The AI page generator turns a written scene into candidate page artwork. You describe the beat, Inkroost injects your series style profile and the style profiles of any characters you name, and variants come back for review.
Why it matters. You can have a story worth telling and no way to draw it. The generator gives you pages you steer — one beat at a time, approving only what earns its place — instead of a wall of art you did not choose.
How to do it.
- Open a chapter in the creator studio and switch to the AI generation tab.
- Describe one story beat per page: who is in the scene, where they are, what happens. Name your characters exactly as their character sheets name them, so their style profiles are pulled in.
- Check the cost estimate, then generate. Generation is charged in credits — you can see your balance and the price before you commit.
- Review the variants that come back: compare them side by side, annotate what is wrong, approve the keeper or regenerate with a sharper description.
- Approved variants become pages. Put them in reading order, then give each page alt text and a transcript — that text layer is what makes your chapter readable to search engines and quotable by AI assistants.
