In an ornate room, a blonde woman in a pink gown sits at a tea table with a braided girl in overalls eating a cookie; a black-haired woman in purple stands nearby, with a red-haired woman, a flower-crowned brunette, and a blonde woman in blue gathered beside her. Blonde woman: “So tell me, Kat… how did you come to work for Vanessa?” Kat: “My aunt works in the palace stables.” Black-haired woman in purple: “Would all of you kindly stop looking at me as though I run a Victorian workhouse?”
