IL, IA, NE; OUT OF ORDER. Volunteer: “You donated extra.” Jack: “The next visitors deserve a working room.” REPAIR CARD #04 — SOUTH DAKOTA.

Jack visits a fossil museum and asks its older volunteer about the restroom. He shuts off an overflowing toilet while pipes knock. At the counter he donates extra; the volunteer's phone shows the first visible trip post and links Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska rumors.
