Page 4. A close shot. Momo bends down with her nose near the small white mini-fridge in the corner, sniffing hard and peering through her oversized magnifying glass so one of her huge amber eyes is enormously magnified through the lens. A few curls of scent drift nearby. She is deadly serious. MOMO: 'The trail is sweet. Citrus.'
Descripción de la imagen
Close-up of a chibi girl in a yellow coat bent down with her nose near a small white mini-fridge, one huge amber eye magnified through the big lens of her magnifying glass, sniffing hard. Wisps of scent drift in the air.
Acerca de este capítulo
A sweet citrus smell drifts through the Tiny Case Agency, and Momo is certain a perfumed intruder has slipped in. She sniff-tracks the phantom guest to the mini-fridge, to Biscuit, to the boxes — but the scent follows her wherever she goes, because it is coming from a warm mandarin orange she pocketed days ago and forgot. Ganta points at her coat pocket on page five. She runs right past him, corners the cat, and only cracks the case when she reaches into her own pocket and pulls out the culprit.
