Why it matters. Generation has a real cost, and a per-generation price you can see beats a subscription you have to justify. Credits never gate reading: every published chapter is free to read or unlocked by supporting the creator directly, and credits play no part in that.
How to use it. Buy a package from pricing, then spend credits from the creator studio whenever you generate. You can check your balance and estimate a generation's cost before you run it — from the web app, or from an AI assistant connected over MCP.
