Your series is waiting when you come back
Pressing Create now shows the series you already have first, and Inkroost checks before you start a second series with the same name.
What changed. When you already have a series and press Create, the new-series page now starts with Continue your series. It shows your latest series with its cover, chapters and pages, and Continue takes you back to where you left off. On a computer you see up to three series; on a phone you see the latest one and a link to the rest. The form for a new series is right below it.
If you type the name of a series you already have, Inkroost asks before making a second one. You can Open it to go to the series you already have, or Create a new one anyway. Small differences such as capital letters, extra spaces or full-width punctuation still count as the same name.
Why it matters. Series you start from ChatGPT or Claude live in the same studio. Coming back on another device, it was easy to start the same story again in an empty series and miss the chapter you had already made.
If you have no series yet, nothing changes.
