Page 9. An eye-level panel mid-deduction. Momo holds her oversized magnifying glass up toward the large horned cat-shaped shadow as if measuring it, counting gravely on the stubby fingers of her other raised hand. MOMO: 'Two horns. Great height. Enormous.'
Descrição da imagem
The chibi girl in the yellow coat holds her magnifying glass up toward the big horned shadow as if measuring it and counts on the fingers of her other raised hand, utterly solemn. The white cat watches from the boxes.
Sobre este capítulo
A huge horned shadow looms across the clubroom wall in the low afternoon sun, and Momo is certain a beast has broken into the Tiny Case Agency. She stalks the monster as it grows larger and larger, corners it, and pounces at the wall — only to find it bare. The "intruder" was Biscuit the whole time, sitting up in the sunbeam on the boxes with her ears throwing the horns. Ganta says so on page five. Momo declares she drove the beast off, closes the case, and falls asleep.
